Higher Education Commission (HEC), Islamabad invites bids from eligible Microsoft Authorized Licensing Solutions Partners (LSPs) for supply of Microsoft Office 365 licenses under the Enrollment for Education Solutions (EES), together with operations support, migration services and capacity building under the Education Transformation Agreement (ETA). The project covers HEC-managed Office 365 tenants and migration of participating universities into those tenants, including full administrative control (Global Admin rights) for HEC.
