Eligibility & Requirements: Contractors/firms registered with Income Tax and Sales Tax are invited to participate. Bid security equal to 2% of the estimated cost must be submitted online via PSID.
How to obtain documents: Bidding documents are available on the Punjab e-Procurement System (https://ep.punjab.gov.pk/) and the PPRA website. They can also be obtained from the office of the Medical Superintendent / Procurement Officer, THQ Hospital 18-Hazari, Jhang during office hours.
Submission & Opening: Bids must be submitted online through the Punjab e-Procurement System by 10:00 AM on Wednesday, 2026-09-30. Bids will be opened the same date at 11:00 AM on the Punjab e-Procurement System. Any bid received after the said time/date will not be entertained.
Procedure & Rules: Single stage two-envelope bidding procedure will be followed. Any bid given in another format will be rejected. The tender process will be carried out in accordance with PPRA Rules, 2014 (amended to date).
