FESCO Tender: Transformer Oil (IEC-60296) – E-bids by 2026-09-24

Issuer: Faisalabad Electric Supply Company (FESCO). FESCO invites electronic bids under Single Stage - One Envelope procedure for supply of transformer oil. Eligible bidders include WAPDA/PEPCO/NTDC/DISCOs approved manufacturers/firms/suppliers (prequalified/registered or non-prequalified/un-registered) who are registered with Income Tax and Sales Tax Departments and are on the Active Taxpayers List of the Federal Board of Revenue.

Bidding documents, detailed specifications, terms and conditions are available at EPADS: www.eprocure.gov.pk. Interested bidders must register on EPADS.

Submission deadline: Electronic bids must be submitted through EPADS on or before 2026-09-24 at 11:00 AM. Bids will be opened at 11:30 AM on the same day at the office of Director (Material Management), FESCO, Old Thermal Plant, Abdullahpur, Faisalabad.

Original Bid Security Instrument MUST be submitted in the office of the undersigned before the online submission deadline; otherwise the respective bid shall not be opened. Notification of GRC constituted in terms of Rule-48 of PPRA Rules 2004 is provided on EPADS.
