Issuer: National Power Parks Management Company (Private) Limited (NPPMCL). Purpose: Expression of Interest (EOI) for appointment of a Tax Advisor for two years (FY 2026-27 and FY 2027-28). Services will be engaged on a Quality and Cost Based Selection (QCBS) under the Procurement of Consultancy Services Regulations, 2010. NPPMCL operates RLNG-based power plants at Balloki (District Kasur, 1223 MW) and Haveli Bahadur Shah (District Jhang, 1230 MW).
Scope: Assist in tax planning, determine complete tax liabilities, ensure tax law compliance, represent the company before tax authorities, and advise on changes in tax laws. RFP will be issued only to shortlisted firms.

| 6. Professional staff | Have at least 20 Chartered Accountants employed on the date of EOI publication or 10 barristers bearing High Court practice license. |
| 7. Partners | Have at least six (6) partners two months before the date of EOI publication. |
| 8. ICAP affiliation | Affiliation and satisfactory rating from ICAP in case of a CA firm. |
| 9. SBP panel | Firm name provided as category "A" Auditor on the State Bank of Pakistan panel under Section 35(1) of the Banking Companies Ordinance, 1962 (for CA firms). |
Note: One engagement should not be less than one year. RFPs will be issued only to firms that provide authenticated documentary evidence with their EOI.
Submission instructions: Interested CA firms / tax advisor firms must submit their EOI duly signed by a Partner along with all documentary evidence on the e-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (EPADS - V2.0). Deadline for submission: on or before 2026-09-22 until 11:00 A.M. EOIs will be opened the same day on EPADS at 11:30 A.M.
