NPPMCL EOI for Appointment of Statutory (External) Auditors (3 Years)

The National Power Parks Management Company (Private) Limited (NPPMCL) invites Expressions of Interest (EOI) from reputed Chartered Accountant firms for appointment as Statutory (External) Auditors for a three-year term starting FY 2026-2027. Interested firms must submit their EOI on e-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (EPADS) by 24 July 2026 (EOIs open the same day at 11:30 A.M. on EPADS).

Key eligibility includes valid Sales Tax and Income Tax registration, qualification under section 247(a) of the Companies Act 2017, entitlement under Audit Oversight Board regulations, minimum 20 years' practice with satisfactory ICAP QCR rating, audit experience of listed companies, public sector entities and energy sector companies (as specified), at least 15 chartered accountants and eight partners employed by 31 December 2025 and maintained thereafter.
