Pakistan Sports Board Tender: Supply & Commissioning of Sound & Timing Systems at Pakistan Sports Complex, Islamabad

Pakistan Sports Board (Ministry of Inter-Provincial Coordination), Islamabad invites sealed bids through the Electronic Procurement And Disposal System (EPADS) from contracting firms registered with Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) in relevant codes/categories (registration valid up to 2027-06-30) for supply, installation, testing and commissioning of sound amplification systems, electronic timing devices and DIG sets at facilities of Pakistan Sports Complex, Islamabad.

Key submission and bidding instructions: Bidding documents can be downloaded and uploaded via http://eprocure.gov.pk and are also available on Pakistan Sports Board website (www.sports.gov.pk) and PPRA website. Applications and financial proposals must be submitted through EPADS in accordance with bidding instructions. Bid security/earnest money must be submitted as bank draft / pay order / CDR in favor of Director General, Pakistan Sports Board, Islamabad. Scanned copy of bid security must be uploaded with the Technical Proposal and the original submitted before the closing date. Other required documents include proof of NTN and firm on ATL, notarized affidavit on judicial stamp regarding blacklisting status, and compliance with evaluation criteria as per bidding documents. The competent authority reserves the right to accept or reject any/all bids under Rule 33 of PPRA Rules.
