IESCO Tender – Supply of Pad‑Mounted Transformers for 2026‑27 (Rawalpindi / Islamabad)

Issuer: Islamabad Electric Supply Company (IESCO). IESCO invites e‑Bids for the year 2026‑27 for supply of pad‑mounted transformers on free delivery basis to IESCO Regional Stores Rawalpindi / Islamabad.

Submission & opening:

Tenders to be submitted online through the E‑PADS Portal (https://e‑pads.gov.pk). Tender receipt deadline: 2026‑09‑04 up to 10:30 AM. Tenders will be opened on 2026‑09‑04 at 11:00 AM in the presence of bidders or their authorized representatives.

Key conditions: Single Stage One Envelope bidding; prices firm in Pakistani Rupees on DDP basis (no foreign exchange component); bid validity 120 days; original bid security/guarantee to be submitted valid for 28 days beyond bid validity (i.e., 148 days) in favour of Chief Executive Officer IESCO Islamabad. Additional notes: Suppliers must conform to relevant WAPDA/NTDC specifications and furnish prototype approval from ERR if applicable.
