Dr. Zain Ullah Garwaki, Secretary, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Textbook Board (KPTBB), Peshawar, invites re‑tenders for the procurement and supply of textbooks for the Academic Year 2027‑28. Bids are invited under KP Public Procurement of Goods, Works & Services Rules, 2014 from sole proprietors, firms, companies, joint ventures or consortiums for supply of approximately 17 million textbooks.
Interested bidders must submit online Technical and Financial Bids through the KPPRA e‑procurement system (EPADS) accompanied by the required bid security. In addition to the online upload, bidders are required to submit a sealed Technical Bid along with paper/card samples and the physical bid security to the Textbook Board office as specified in the bidding documents. Bid security is specified at 2% of the quoted bid price.
