HEC Corrigendum: NRPU Call for Research Proposals 2026–27 – Application Fee Exempted

Purpose: Corrigendum to the NRPU Call for Research Proposals (2026–27) originally advertised on 2026-09-06. The notice announces specific amendments and relaxations to the original call.

Key amendments:

- Application fee requirement waived: The Rs. 5,000 application fee previously required via 1-LINK/Bill service (mobile or internet banking) is exempted; no application fee will be charged from applicants submitting research proposals under the current NRPU call.

- Relaxation for delayed/unsettled NRPU cases: The prior condition disqualifying universities with more than five (5) delayed/unsettled NRPU cases has been relaxed/exempted. All universities are now eligible to submit proposals under the current call, subject to fulfillment of all other eligibility criteria and requirements in the original advertisement.

Other terms and conditions of the original NRPU advertisement remain unchanged. This corrigendum is an integral part of the original advertisement.
