PAA Tender: Provision of Counter Chairs and Tensa Barriers for Islamabad International Airport (IIAP)

Pakistan Airports Authority (PAA) – Islamabad International Airport (IIAP) invites sealed bids (Single Stage - Two Envelope) via the ePADS e-procurement system for the supply of counter chairs and tensa barriers to cover eligible payments under the contract for the “PROVISION OF COUNTER CHAIRS AND TENSA BARRIERS AT IIAP ISLAMABAD”. Funds have been reserved for FY 2026-27.

Eligibility & Documents: Bidders registered with Income Tax and Sales Tax Departments holding valid NTN & GST and active Taxpayer List of FBR are eligible. Bids must be submitted through the Authority’s ePADS portal (https://vendors.epads.gov.pk). Hard copies or bids submitted outside ePADS will not be entertained.

Bid Security & Submission: Fixed bid security of PKR 1,000,000 is required. Bid Security must be included as specified in the Bidding Document. The procurement will follow the Public Procurement Rules, 2004 and relevant regulations. Detailed bidding documents, scope, specifications and addenda are available on ePADS and the procuring agency’s website.

Important Notes: Prospective bidders must be registered on ePADS prior to submission. Late or conditional bids are liable to be rejected. For ePADS registration assistance and guidelines, refer to the Authority’s notices. Any financial instrument found to be forged or dishonored may result in blacklisting and legal action.
