Punjab Highway Department Tender Notice — Highway Division Sheikhupura (Opening 2026-09-30)

Punjab Highway Department invites electronic tenders through the PPRA e-Tendering System for road rehabilitation/improvement schemes under Highway Division Sheikhupura. Eligible engineering firms/contractors registered with the Pakistan Engineering Council (relevant category/codes) and registered on the Punjab e-procurement portal (www.punjab.eprocure.gov.pk) may participate.

Key submission requirements: bidders must upload earnest money via the e-procurement system in favour of the Executive Engineer, Highway Division Sheikhupura (earnest money 5% of the estimated cost as specified). The lowest evaluated bidder must submit a Performance Security/Guarantee of 10% of the bid amount within 15 days of award in the form of CDR, Bank Draft, Cashier's Cheque, Pay Order or Bank Guarantee valid for 3 months beyond completion/extended time.
