Pakistan WAPDA Foundation (PWF) invites applications for the post of Secretary (PWF) in BPS-19 on contract basis to support foundation projects for the welfare of retired employees and families of deceased employees of WAPDA, DISCOs, GENCOs & NTDC.

| Tenure | On contract initially for one year; extendable subject to satisfactory performance (maximum up to 03 years or up to age 65 years, whichever is earlier). |
| Qualification | Relevant degree from HEC-recognized university (e.g., MA/MSc/BE/BSc or equivalent). |
| Experience / Eligibility | At least 4 years' experience as Manager/Director or equivalent in BPS-19 or higher. Retired WAPDA/DISCOs/GENCO employees with good service record are eligible; preference for candidates with administrative experience. |
| Key responsibilities | Assist Managing Director (PWF) on administration, legal and commercial matters; act as secretary to the Foundation/Board; prepare agendas and minutes of Board meetings; follow up implementation of Board decisions and Foundation policies; coordinate project-related activities and performance review meetings; handle related correspondence and records. |
