Hiring: School Teaching Interns (STIs) for Special Education Institutions — District Bahawalnagar (Apply by 2026-10-12)

Issuer: District Education Officer (Special Education), District Bahawalnagar. Applications are invited for engagement of School Teaching Interns (STIs) on a purely temporary, school-specific, non‑transferable basis for Special Education Institutions in District Bahawalnagar for the Financial Year 2026-27.

Key terms: Engagement duration 9 months (excluding summer & winter vacations) or until arrival of regular incumbent. Engagements are temporary; no right to regular appointment. Performance and attendance will be monitored; engagement may be terminated with one month's notice or payment in lieu. Age relaxation and other concessions as per Government rules.

Eligibility & Age Relaxation: Candidates must possess the prescribed qualifications and fall within the STI policy age limits. Age will be calculated per Government rules. Relaxation: males up to 5 years, females up to 8 years, persons with disabilities (PWDs) up to 15 years (subject to valid disability certificate). Candidates with relevant teaching experience may be preferred.

Application procedure: Submit application with attested copies of CNIC, domicile, academic certificates/degrees, experience certificates (if any) and two passport-size photographs. Applications must reach the institution by hand or courier by 2026-10-12 by 03:00 PM. Incomplete or late applications will not be entertained.

Interview / Test: Shortlisted candidates will be called for test/interview on 2026-10-14 (Wednesday) at 10:30 AM at Government Secondary Special Education Centre, Opposite Old Railway Workshop, near WAPDA scrap yard, Mohallah Islamnagar, Bahawalnagar. Original documents must be presented at the time of interview.
