District Council Chakwal invites sealed bids through the Punjab e-Procurement System (https://eproc.punjab.gov.pk/) from contractors registered on E-PADS. Bidding will be conducted under the "Single Stage Single Envelope" procedure. Bidding documents can be downloaded free of cost from the e-Procurement portal. All bids must be submitted through the e-Procurement system and must include the required bid security as specified below. Bids are to be submitted by 11:00 AM PST on the closing date and will be opened at 11:30 AM PST the same day.
Important instructions: bidders must be registered on E-PADS; bid security (5%) is required for each package; submission and opening will be via the e-Procurement portal; bidders should follow the Punjab Procurement Rules and the terms stated in the tender documents.
