Submission method: Bids (technical and commercial offers) must be submitted online through the POF E-Bidding Portal (www.ebidding.pof.gov.pk). Separately sealed documents must also reach the Bid Center adjacent to Rabta Hall.
Deadline: Bids must reach on or before 2026-10-06, not later than closing time 11:00 hrs. Technical envelopes will be opened at 11:30 hrs on the same date.
