Admission test & merit
The admission test is a single paper of 100 MCQs (25 questions each from English, Biology, Chemistry and Physics). Duration: 2 hours.
Merit weightage: Matric (SSC)/equivalent 10%, F.Sc (HSSC) Pre-Medical/equivalent 40%, PIO admission test score 50%.

Online: Apply via the PIO Admissions portal (https://pio.edu.pk/apply/) by uploading required scanned documents and proof of deposit of the application processing fee (Rs. 2,000) into Askari Bank Account No. 1811650000246.
Physical application: Download the application form from the PIO website (https://pio.edu.pk/) or obtain it from the PIO Administration Office. Submit the completed form with photocopies of required documents and a Pay Order/Bank Draft of Rs. 2,000 in favor of "Al-Shifa Trust Eye Hospital, Rawalpindi" by hand or courier/post to:
