Medical Superintendent, DHQ Hospital Jhelum invites electronic bids through the Punjab E-Procurement System for multiple framework contracts for FY 2026-27. Eligible bidders (manufacturers, sole distributors, authorized dealers, distributors and pharmacies holding valid CDSL) may bid as per LPP guidelines. Manual/physical submission is strictly prohibited. Bidding will follow Open Competitive Bidding (Single Stage–Two Envelope) under Punjab Procurement Rules (PPRA) 2014 (amended).
