How to Apply / Submit Bids: Bids must be submitted online through the Punjab E-Procurement System (https://eproc.punjab.gov.pk). Tender documents will be available immediately after publishing the notice under Rule 25-A of PPRA-2014. Tender/ Bid documents are also available on PPRA Punjab websites.
Bid Security: Shall be submitted electronically (online) in accordance with Punjab E-Procurement System requirements (amount shown above).
Opening & Procedure: Bids will be opened online as per schedule in the presence of bidders or their representatives. Late bids will not be accepted. If the opening date is a public/non-working day, opening will be held on the next working day at the same time. The University reserves the right to reject/cancel any or all bids or to withdraw any part of the tender without assigning any reason.
