Tender Notice: Pre-qualification & Tender Issuance by CMES (Army) Rawalpindi-II

Issuer: CMES (Army), Rawalpindi-II. Pre-qualification applications are invited for issuance of tender documents for the works listed below. Only firms with sufficient relevant experience and required credentials will be issued tender documents.

Applications for issuance of tender documents must be submitted along with complete credentials as indicated at serial 8 of the notice. Tenders will be issued only to scrutinized contractors who demonstrate sufficient experience in the relevant field and meet any special conditions required for the job and area.

Submission deadline: Tenders must be received by the accepting officer by 11:30 hrs on 2026-10-13. Opening time: 12:00 hrs on the same date. Contractors may be present at the time of opening.

Contractors must provide a certificate that they are not involved in any litigation with a Government department in any court of law and that no special report of the Director of Inspection and Examination (E-4-C Branch GHQ) is outstanding against them.

All contractors must be registered with the Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) and submit a copy of their registration. Contractors not registered with PEC are ineligible to apply.

Only contractors on the approved list of MES in categories 'A', 'B', 'C' or 'D' who also have experience of this type of work should apply. Firms/contractors not on the approved list of MES must furnish a certificate with their application giving details of works executed during the last two years and those currently in hand using the proforma provided.

The accepting officer reserves the right to accept or reject any tender; rejected tenders will be dealt with as per Para 33(o) of PPRA Rules. For further details contact the office of CMES (Army), Rawalpindi-II from 0800 to 1500 hours on all working days.
