WASCH Haripur Tender: Framework Agreements for Repairs & Maintenance of Water Works and Transformers

Issuer: Water and Sanitation Services Company Haripur (WASCH), Government of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa. Notice inviting tenders for framework agreements for maintenance works to be executed on a single-stage, one-envelope method via e-Procurement.

Eligible bidders: Reputed contractors registered with PEC in the appropriate category, holding valid NTN and EOBI registration and having active filing status with FBR & KPRA. Bidders must follow Percentage Above/Below procedure through the e-procurement system.

Key conditions and instructions:

• Tender documents may be downloaded from the e-procurement portal (EPADS / hp.procure.gov.pk).
• Tender fee: PKR 2,000 payable in the name of Chief Executive Officer WSSC Haripur (bank details are provided in the tender documents).
• Bid security: 2% of the bid must be uploaded on EPADS with the bid; the original call deposit / demand draft or pay order must be delivered to the office of the Chief Executive Officer WSSC Haripur before the tender closing date.
• Quoted rates shall remain valid for 3 months from the date of bid opening.
• Evaluation of packages will be carried out separately.
• Bids must be uploaded through EPADS before the stated closing time; uploaded bids will be opened in the presence of the procurement committee and bidders or their representatives.
• Procurement will follow applicable KP public procurement rules and notifications referenced in the tender.
