Issuer: Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB). Position: Senior Manager Security & Anti-Corruption based at Gaddafi Stadium, Ferozepur Road, Lahore. Purpose: To assist the Head of Department in ensuring safety and security of PCB personnel, assets, events and operations, and to support anti-corruption measures and integrity of cricket in accordance with PCB and ICC regulations.

| Experience | Minimum 20 years of service in Pakistan Army, Punjab Police, or Sindh Police. Preference for candidates with extensive experience in security management, intelligence, investigations, vigilance, integrity management or anti-corruption operations. |
| Skills & Knowledge | Reporting, risk assessment, emergency response planning, security protocols & procedures; knowledge of sports integrity frameworks and anti-corruption investigative processes is an advantage. Competencies include problem-solving, decision-making, strong verbal & written communication, integrity, confidentiality, analytical and stakeholder management, risk assessment and threat analysis. |
| Essential duties | Coordinate security for domestic and international matches with law enforcement and government departments; plan and implement security programs (emergency response, crisis management, physical security, information protection, incident management, investigations); support anti-corruption policies, monitoring, intelligence gathering and preliminary investigations; prepare security and anti-corruption reports, incident analyses and risk assessments; promote integrity awareness and maintain discipline within security personnel. |
