PCB Senior Manager Security & Anti‑Corruption – Career Opportunity

Issuer: HR Department, Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB).

Position: Senior Manager Security & Anti‑Corruption based at Gaddafi Stadium, Ferozepur Road, Lahore, Pakistan. The role supports the Head of Department in ensuring safety and security of PCB personnel, assets, events and operations, and in implementing anti‑corruption measures and integrity initiatives in line with PCB and ICC regulations.

Primary duties include ensuring the safety and security of PCB assets, venues, personnel and operations; coordinating security arrangements with law enforcement and government departments for domestic and international matches; planning and implementing security programs (Emergency Response, Crisis Management, Physical Security, Information Protection, Incident Management, Investigations); assisting implementation of PCB anti‑corruption policies and awareness programs; supporting anti‑corruption monitoring and intelligence gathering; conducting preliminary reviews/investigations into potential breaches of PCB and ICC Anti‑Corruption Codes; preparing security and anti‑corruption reports, incident analyses and risk assessments; promoting integrity awareness; and maintaining discipline and operational effectiveness of security personnel.
