Bid and eligibility requirements:

- Financial bids of only technically qualified bidders will be opened subsequently.

- Bid security: 2% of the estimated cost to be paid/submitted through 1Link/Bank Guarantee options or digitally via generated PSID on Punjab e-Procurement System.

- Prices must be quoted inclusive of all applicable taxes and delivery charges.

- Valid NTN and GST registration certificates are required with the bids.
