Punjab S&GAD Invitation to Bid – Janitorial, Security & Technical Staff (Lahore & Rawalpindi)

Issuer: Government of the Punjab, Services & General Administration Department (S&GAD), Punjab Civil Secretariat, Lahore.

Purpose: Invitation to bid for hiring services of janitorial, security and technical staff for Tower-C at Old P&D Building site, Punjab Civil Secretariat, Lahore and Circuit House, Rawalpindi. E-bids are invited from firms/companies/sole proprietors/general order service providers (JVs, if applicable) registered with relevant authorities and tax departments.

Submission method: Complete e-bids must be submitted online via the e-Procurement System (EPADS) at https://ep.punjab.gov.pk. All e-bids must be accompanied by a bid security (CDR / Demand Draft / Pay Order) in the name of "Section Officer Welfare-I, S&GAD". Original bid security instrument must be submitted online before the conclusion of the bid opening session. Late e-bids will be rejected.
