Issued by the concerned department: legal heirs of the allottee/shareholder of Commercial Plot No. 31, Madina Town Extension, Faisalabad, have submitted an application, affidavit and a Letter of Administration issued by NADRA requesting transfer of the plot in the names of the legal heirs. The original property file has been missing for a considerable period and will be reconstructed so that the transfer process can be completed.
Any person having an objection or claim regarding the transfer or the reconstruction of the property record/file must submit the objection to the undersigned within 15 days of publication of this notice. After the expiry of the stipulated period, the department will not be responsible for any objection or claim and the transfer in favor of the legal heirs will be carried out accordingly.
