• Interested bidders may inspect auctionable items at the respective health facilities during office hours before submission of bids.
• Sealed bids must be submitted to the District Health Office, Sujawal on or before the stated submission deadline. Bids received after the prescribed date/time will not be entertained.
• Sealed bids will be opened publicly at the District Health Office, Sujawal in the presence of bidders or their authorized representatives who wish to attend.
• Items are sold on an "AS IS WHERE IS" basis.
• The successful bidder must deposit required earnest/security money and/or sale amount as prescribed by the Auction Committee.
• All applicable government taxes, duties, levies and other charges are payable by the successful bidder.
• The successful bidder is responsible for loading, lifting, removal and transportation of auctioned material at their own cost and risk within the period prescribed by the Auction Committee.
• Bidders must quote offers clearly as specified in the bidding documents.
• The competent authority reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids in accordance with applicable government rules; the Auction Committee's decision is final and binding.
