Corrigendum: Tender – Digital Bank Guarantee & Payment Instructions (LG&CD Civil Division Gujrat)

Issuer: Executive Engineer, LG&CD, Civil Division Works, Gujrat.

Purpose: Corrigendum to the published tender notice clarifying Bid Security and bank transmission requirements (conditions 4 & 5).

Corrected conditions (as notified):

4. Bid Security: Bidders shall submit Bid Security equal to 5% of the estimated cost only through a Digital Bank Guarantee or 1Link payment method via the Punjab e-Procurement System. The bidder shall generate the PSID from the e-Procurement portal and arrange for its scheduled bank to issue and transmit the Digital Bank Guarantee through SWIFT MT760 / 1Link payment method in favour of the Executive Engineer LG&CD Civil Division Gujrat. Physical bid securities (CDR, Pay Order, Demand Draft, etc.) shall not be accepted. Bids without a valid Digital Bank Guarantee or online payment shall be rejected.

5. Bank transmission: Ensure that the issuing bank transmits the Bank Guarantee through SWIFT MT760 / 1Link payment to the designated advising bank with the correct Tender Reference Number and PSID.
