Pakistan Railways (Headquarter Office, Lahore) invites electronic bids for civil works for the up-gradation of the signalling system by providing a Computer-Based Interlocking (CBI) system at Sarhad Station. Funds for this procurement are reserved under FY 2026-27. Bidding and document reference: E-pads Version 2.0, Ref # P75829.
Single-stage-two-envelope procedure will be used adopting Least Cost Based Selection (LCBS) technique. All bids must be accompanied by a Bid Security as specified in the bidding documents (Pay Order, Banker's Cheque, Call Deposit, Bank Guarantee are acceptable). Detailed bidding documents, terms and conditions, specifications and addenda are available on the e-PAK Acquisition and Disposal System (EPADS v2.0). Only e-bids submitted through EPADS v2.0 will be accepted.
