Pakistan Sports Board Tender: Supply, Installation & Commissioning of Sound Amplification, Electronic Timing Devices and DG Sets at Pakistan Sports Complex Islamabad

Issuer: Pakistan Sports Board, Ministry of Inter-Provincial Coordination, Islamabad. Pakistan Sports Board invites bids through EPADS (eprocure.gov.pk) from PEC-registered contracting firms for supply, installation, testing and commissioning of sound amplification systems, electronic timing devices and DG sets at various facilities of the Pakistan Sports Complex, Islamabad. Tender documents are also available at www.sports.gov.pk and the PPRA website. Manual submissions will not be entertained.

Key requirements and conditions:

• Firms must meet evaluation criteria as per bidding documents and be registered with Pakistan Engineering Council in the relevant codes/categories valid up to 30 June 2027.
• Provide proof of National Tax Number (NTN) and Active Taxpayer List (ATL) status.
• Submit an affidavit on judicial stamp paper, duly notarized, confirming the firm is not blacklisted by any government/autonomous body.
• Bid security/earnest money must be submitted as bank draft / pay order / CDR in favour of Director General, Pakistan Sports Board, Islamabad. A scanned copy of bid security must be uploaded with the Technical Proposal and the original submitted to the undersigned before the closing date and time.
• One hard copy of the technical proposal (not financial) as uploaded on EPADS must be submitted. In case of discrepancies, documents uploaded on EPADS shall prevail.
• Competent authority reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids under Rule-33 of the PPRA Rules, 2004.
• Bidders are advised to visit the site for better understanding of field conditions.
