Grand Auction of Public Sector Organization Vehicles — Rawalpindi (22–23 Sep 2026)

An open public auction of decommissioned public-sector vehicles will be held on an "as is, where is" basis at M/S Expert Engineering (Pvt) Ltd, Golra Mor, Opposite EME College, Main Peshawar Road, Rawalpindi.

Important dates and times:

- Auction dates and time: 2026-09-22 and 2026-09-23, 0900–1600 hours (final closing date: 2026-09-23).

- Inspection: 21 Sep 2026, 0900–1500 hours at the auction site.

How to participate and key terms:

- Bring original CNIC (NADRA) plus a photocopy for entry.

- Successful bidder must pay 25% of the accepted bid amount in cash on the spot. Remaining 75% and payable government taxes must be paid within 7 days after approval of the auction, otherwise the 25% advance will be forfeited.

- Income tax to be deposited before taking possession: 10% for filers and 20% for non‑filers (subject to change per FBR rules).

- Vehicles must be removed from the auction site within 10 days of auction closing; transfer of ownership must be completed within 15 days of auction/full payment.

- All registration and transfer expenses are payable by the purchaser.

- If the auction day is a public holiday, the auction will take place on the next working day at the same venue and time.

- The organization reserves the right to accept or reject any bid without citing reason and to add or remove any vehicle from the auction list at any time.
