Capital Development Authority (CDA), Procurement & Contract Agreement Department invites bids for the procurement of non-consultancy services against funds reserved for FY 2026-27. Procurement will follow the Single Stage Two-Envelope procedure with Least Cost Based Selection (LCBS) for technically qualified procurement, using CDA EPADS v2.0 for eligible bidders.
