Purpose: Sealed tenders are invited from well-reputed, GST-registered firms for renewal of the following security and certificate licenses. Bidding is through the e-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (EPADSv2.0).

How to apply: E-bidding documents and requirements are available on EPADS at https://epads.gov.pk/opportunities/federal/procurements/124396. Interested bidders must be registered on EPADSv2.0 to participate.
Bid requirements and fees: Bids must include bid security (amounts are specified against each item in the tender document) in the form of Bank Draft/Pay Order. A scanned copy of the bid security must be uploaded via EPADSv2.0 and the original Bank Draft/Pay Order submitted physically with the original sealed proposal. A non-refundable tender fee of Rs. 15,000/- (Bank Draft/Pay Order) must also be submitted to the office of the undersigned along with the bid.
Deadline and opening: Submission deadline is 2026-10-08 until 1100 hrs. Bids will be opened the same day at 1130 hrs in the presence of available bidders.
Other: The University reserves the right to reject all bids or proposals at any time prior to acceptance. This notice is also available on PPRA and NUML websites.
