Directorate of Property & Land, Pakistan Railways Headquarters (Lahore) invites sealed bids (single stage, two envelopes) for leasing selected Pakistan Railways sites for commercial purposes (retail outlets, showrooms, IT parks, hospitals/healthcare units, etc.). The lease period is 21 years (extendable for a further 21 years). Annual rent escalation: 8% (compound). Mobilization period: 02 years from date of possession. Bids must be submitted by 14:00 and will be opened at 14:30 on 2026-09-22. The successful bidder must pay a one-time non-refundable commitment fee and advance first-year annual rent within 30 days of issuance of the Letter of Intent (LOI).
