Pakistan Sports Board Tender — Supply, Installation & Commissioning of Sound Systems, Electronic Timing Devices & DG Sets (Islamabad)

Issuing authority: Pakistan Sports Board, Ministry of Inter Provincial Coordination, Islamabad. Pakistan Sports Board invites applications through EPADS from contracting firms registered with Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) in relevant codes and categories for the following project. Bidding documents can be downloaded and uploaded from http://eprocure.gov.pk and the tender notice is also available on PSB's website www.sports.gov.pk and PPRA website. Applications must be submitted through EPADS along with technical and financial proposals. Manual submissions will not be entertained.

Key submission & eligibility requirements:

- Submit bids only through EPADS; manual submissions will not be accepted.

- Furnish bid security/earnest money in the form of bank draft / pay order / CDR in favour of Director General General, Pakistan Sports Board, Islamabad.

- Firms must meet the evaluation criteria specified in the bidding documents.

- Provide proof/details of National Tax Number (NTN) and registration on ATL.

- Affidavit on judicial stamp paper (duly notarized) confirming the firm has not been blacklisted by any government / autonomous body.

- One hard copy of the technical proposal (not financial proposal) as uploaded on EPADS must be submitted; in case of discrepancy, EPADS documents will prevail.

- The competent authority reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids under Rule-33 of the PPRA Rules, 2004.
