Municipal Corporation Bagh (Azad Jammu & Kashmir) invites sealed bids from eligible, experienced and financially sound private firms/companies/consortia/joint ventures for the hiring of solid waste management services for Bagh City under single stage-two envelope procedure of the AJK Public Procurement Rules.

Key Eligibility / Requirements	Registration with Pakistan Engineering Council (as specified) and/or Securities & Exchange Commission of Pakistan (SECP) as applicable At least 5 years overall experience Registration with FBR / AJK-CBR and Active Tax Payer List (ATL) of FBR Relevant experience in municipal solid waste management/sanitation/waste collection & transportation (at least one own contract/project either current or successfully executed) Capability to provide necessary manpower, vehicles, machinery, equipment and financial capacity for effective implementation Performance guarantees, compliance with AJK laws, environmental & safety requirements and standing to meet service standards/KPIs
Bid Submission Method	Two-envelope procedure — "Technical Bid" and "Financial Bid" submitted separately. Technical bids opened first. Financial bids of technically qualified bidders opened subsequently. Bids to be sealed, properly marked and signed/stamped on each page.
Other Notes	Bid evaluation report / award will be displayed on the AJK PPRA website. Procuring agency reserves the right to accept/reject any or all bids as per AJK procurement rules. Blacklisted/defaulter firms will not be eligible.
