Pakistan Sports Board Tender: Supply, Installation & Commissioning of Sound Systems, Electronic Timing Devices and DG Sets at Pakistan Sports Complex Islamabad

Issuer: Pakistan Sports Board (Ministry of Inter Provincial Coordination), Islamabad. Invitations for bids through the ePADS portal from contracting firms registered with the Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) (registration valid up to 2027-06-30).

How to apply: Download and upload bidding documents via the eProcure/ePADS portal (http://eprocure.gov.pk). Notice also available on PSB website (www.sports.gov.pk). Manual submissions will not be entertained.

Key eligibility & submission requirements:

- Firms must be registered with PEC in relevant codes and categories (valid up to 2027-06-30).

- Provide proof of NTN and ATL listing.

- Submit affidavit on judicial stamp paper (notarized) that the firm has not been blacklisted by any government/autonomous body.

- Bid security / earnest money must be submitted in the form of bank draft / pay order / CDR in favor of Director General, Pakistan Sports Board, Islamabad.

- One copy of the technical proposal (not financial proposal) must be uploaded on ePADS as per instructions; in case of discrepancies, documents uploaded on ePADS prevail.

- Pakistan Sports Board reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids under Rule 33 of PPRA Rules, 2004. Bidders are advised to visit the site to better understand field conditions.
