Tender — Education & Training Services (Electronic Bidding) by Directorate of Youth Affairs, Balochistan

Directorate of Youth Affairs, Balochistan, Quetta invites electronic bids from eligible firms for Education & Training Services under the Balochistan Public Procurement Rules, 2014. Only electronic bids will be accepted; no physical bids are required. Tender fee not required. All bidders must be registered on the Government of Balochistan Electronic Public Procurement (EPP) system.

Eligibility & Requirements

- Registration on the Government EPP system is mandatory.
- Firms must meet experience requirements (assignments of similar nature and complexity as specified in the tender).
- Active taxpayer registration and relevant registration documents (e.g., BRA/other tax certificates) required.
- Firms must not be blacklisted by any procuring agency.
- Evidence of capability to deliver end-to-end training/education services and required certifications/partnerships where indicated.
- Compliance with any ISO or accreditation criteria where requested will be given preference.

- Tender documents and bidding instructions are available electronically via the EPP system and must be downloaded from there.
- Bids must be submitted electronically only; physical submissions will not be accepted.
