| Quantity Surveyor / Senior Quantity Surveyor | 04 | Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, Construction Management or related field. 2–5 years experience. Proficiency in cost management software (e.g., CostX, AutoCAD), knowledge of construction contracts and laws (e.g., FIDIC), cost estimation, budget control, valuation and payments. |
| Driver | 02 | Literacy required. Valid LTV driving license and medical fitness certificate mandatory. |
| Cook / Chowkidar / Sweeper / Naib Qasid | 06 | Literacy required. 2–3 years relevant experience mandatory. Candidates must meet local/site physical and cleanliness/safety requirements. |
