Government of the Punjab — Skills Development & Entrepreneurship Department, Project Implementation Unit (Improving Workforce Readiness in Punjab Project, ADB-funded) invites applications for a project-based Director (Training and Equipment) on contract basis. Appointment will be purely on contract in line with ADB policies. Candidates must apply online.

| Qualification | Minimum Master’s / M.Phil (18 years of education) in Public Policy, Education, International Development, Business Administration or a relevant field from an internationally recognized university. Ph.D. preferred. |
| Experience | At least twelve (12) years' professional experience in implementation of international development programs, with substantial experience in policy design, strategy, training and coaching, process management and operations. Experience in formal and non-formal education settings (preferably public sector). Demonstrated experience with foreign-funded projects/programming and strong technical, presentation and written communication skills. Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Outlook. Preference for candidates with overseas/relevant international organization or government institution experience. |
| Age Limit | Up to 55 years |
