Balochistan Energy Dept (DG North) e-Tenders for Solar Streetlights (Musakhel) & Home-Based Solar Systems (Kohlu)

Office of the Director General (North), Energy Department, Government of Balochistan invites electronic bids (e-tenders) for two solar power packages under PSDP. Only electronic bids via the Balochistan Electronic Public Procurement System (ePPS) will be accepted; no physical bids. Bidders must be registered on the ePPS and be on the Active Taxpayers list. Bid security of 2% of the estimated cost is required for each package.

Procurement will be conducted under the Balochistan Public Procurement Rules, 2014. Detailed bidding documents, terms and conditions, and scope are available on the ePPS portal. Bidders must not be blacklisted and should meet required technical and financial capacity criteria as specified in the tender documents.
