Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Health Foundation (KPHF) invites applications for the post of Director Procurement based in Peshawar.

| Director Procurement | MBA in Supply Chain, Logistics or Finance from an HEC-recognized local or international university | Minimum 15 years of progressively responsible professional experience in procurement and supply chain management, including at least 5 years independently managing procurement activities for health sector projects, hospitals, or public sector organisations. Mandatory hands-on experience with ERP-based procurement systems (SAP, Oracle or equivalent). Strong knowledge of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Public Procurement Regulatory Authority (KPRA) Act, Rules & Regulations, government procurement procedures, contract management, procurement planning, tendering, inventory and supply chain management. Excellent leadership, analytical, negotiation, report writing and communication skills. Preference to candidates with extensive PPP and large-scale health infrastructure or hospital outsourcing experience. | 45 years |
