HEC/ETC USAT 2026 – Undergraduate Studies Admission Test (Apply by 2026-10-02)

Higher Education Commission (Education Testing Council) is conducting the Undergraduate Studies Admission Test (USAT) for students seeking admission to undergraduate programmes in Pakistani universities. Eligible candidates must register online and obtain their ETC score card for university admissions.

Eligibility

Students who have passed the Higher Secondary School Certificate (HSSC) or equivalent (12 years of education), or those who have appeared in the final HSSC/equivalent examinations and are awaiting results, may apply. Candidates should select the USAT category that matches their intended university programme/academic stream; category selection cannot be changed later.

Application & important notes

Apply online via the ETC registration portal. Candidates must provide correct personal details including name, CNIC number (or form-B), valid mobile number and email. Fee payment is processed through the specified online payment channels; keep payment receipt and transaction details. Roll number slips will be downloadable from the ETC portal; original CNIC/Form-B will be required at the test centre. Applications incomplete or submitted after the deadline will not be considered. USAT is conducted in major cities; universities may assign weightage to USAT scores as per their admission policy.
