National Bank of Pakistan invites applications for the position of Officer – RAC (Risk, Audit & Compliance) based in Karachi. The bank seeks talented, dedicated and experienced professionals for its Corporate & Investment Banking unit on a contractual basis.

| Education / Professional Qualification | Minimum bachelor’s degree in Finance / Accounting / Business Administration / Economics / Commerce or related discipline from an HEC-recognized university/college. Candidates with a Master’s (MBA/MPA/M.Com/M.Sc Economics) or professional qualifications (CA / ACCA / ICMA) or certifications in audit, risk or compliance (CIA / FRM / ACAMS or equivalent) are preferred. |
| Experience | Minimum 2 years of experience in banking, financial services or corporate sector with at least 1 year in audit, compliance, risk management or related function. Practical experience in handling audit/compliance/risk observations, drafting responses, root-cause analysis, internal controls review or operational risk reporting is preferred. |
| Key Skills & Knowledge | Working knowledge of risk, audit and compliance frameworks; strong analytical and report writing skills; stakeholder management; regulatory issue resolution; proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); ability to prepare reasoned responses for regulators and auditors. |
| Main Duties | Address and resolve regulatory and audit observations, investigate discrepancies, draft corrective action plans, support risk and compliance monitoring, prepare MIS and consolidated reports, and coordinate with business and control functions to close issues. |
| Employment Type | Contractual (three years, may be renewed at Management discretion) |
| Assessment | Only shortlisted candidates meeting eligibility will be invited for test and/or panel interview. No TA/DA admissible. |
