Assistant Professor Vacancies – PAF Air War College Institute, PAF Base Faisal, Karachi (Advt No. 02/2026)

PAF Air War College Institute (AWCI), PAF Base Faisal, Karachi invites applications from qualified Pakistani citizens for Assistant Professor positions under Advertisement No. 02/2026. Appointments will be on contract basis.

Essential Qualification & Experience: PhD in the relevant field (International Relations / Political Science or Economics). Post-qualification teaching/research experience at an HEC-recognized university / degree-awarding institute as required by HEC policy.

Application Requirements & Submission: Applicants must submit a complete dossier in both hard and soft copy including: detailed CV; HEC-attested degrees/certificates/transcripts and HEC equivalence certificate for foreign degrees; experience certificates; CNIC; domicile; two recent photographs; and research publications. Other Terms: All positions are purely contractual. HEC rules/regulations regarding eligibility for appointments in Degree Awarding Institutions will apply. After scrutiny, only shortlisted candidates will be called for interview by the AWCI Selection Committee. No TA/DA will be provided.
