PAA Tender: Rehabilitation of Ex‑Airhostess Hostel Block‑B into Married Officers Quarters, JIAP Karachi

Pakistan Airports Authority (PAA) invites sealed bids under PPRA Rule No. 36(b) (Single Stage Two Envelope Procedure) for the rehabilitation/uplifting of Ex‑Airhostess Hostel Block‑B in PIA Township for utilization as Married Officers Quarters at Jinnah International Airport (JIAP), Karachi. Bidding documents, procurement method, detailed terms and conditions are available on the PAA e‑Procurement System: https://eprocure.gov.pk.

Mandatory submission requirements:

- Valid registration with the Federal Board of Revenue (FBR) and inclusion on the Active Taxpayer List (ATL).
- Updated Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) registration in Category C‑4 for the current year.
- Valid Professional Tax Certificate.
- Copy of CNIC of the owner(s).
- Original bid security (Pay Order/Bank Draft from a scheduled bank in favor of "Pakistan Airports Authority") to be submitted in hard form by the bid due date and time.
- Affidavit of ownership of the firm (on stamp paper of PKR 500).
- Affidavit of no blacklisting & no pending litigation (on stamp paper of PKR 500).

Submission procedure and important notes:

- Bidders must submit bids, bid security and mandatory documentary credentials through the PAA e‑Procurement Web Portal (https://eprocure.gov.pk) before the submission deadline.
- Original bid security and the required affidavits (as specified) must be submitted physically to the office of Divisional Engineer EC Civil‑II, JIAP, Karachi on or before the due date and time.
- Pay orders, bank drafts or other financial instruments submitted by bidders/contractors after the specified time will be returned. PAA reserves the right to accept or reject any or all tenders as per PPRA rules.
