Issuer: Directorate of Property & Land, Pakistan Railways Headquarters Office, Lahore. Pakistan Railways invites sealed single-stage, two-envelope bids for leasing seventeen (17) Railway-owned sites to qualified commercial developers, real estate companies, construction firms, JV firms, consultants or authorized representatives for commercial development (e.g. commercial plaza/market, mixed-use commercial, IT park, hospital/healthcare unit, showrooms, food & retail outlets).

- Lease period: 21 years (extendable for a further 21 years).
- Annual increase in rent: 6% (compound).
- Mobilization period: 02 years from date of possession.
- Submission: Sealed bids to be submitted on or before 14:00 hours; bid opening at 14:30 hours on 2026-09-22.
