Proposal & submission procedure:
- Proposals must demonstrate technical and financial capacity. Proposals are to be submitted in a single sealed envelope containing two separate inner envelopes for Technical and Financial proposals (Single-Stage-Two-Envelope bidding procedure as per PCBDDA Procurement Regulations, 2024).
- Request for Proposal (RFP) can be purchased upon submission of a non-refundable fee of PKR 50,000/- by Pay Order in favor of Punjab Central Business District Development Authority (PCBDDA).
- Technical bid must be accompanied by a bid security of PKR 50,000,000/- in the form of Pay Order/CDR/Bank Guarantee.
