National Bank of Pakistan (NBP) invites applications for the senior management position of Group Chief Inclusive Development Group (SEVP) based at Karachi. The role reports to the President and seeks an experienced leader to drive the Bank’s inclusive development, SME, agriculture and sustainable finance agenda, engage stakeholders including DFIs and donors, and lead policy and program implementation.

| Education / Qualification | Minimum Bachelor’s degree from a local or international university/college (HEC-recognized). Candidates with a Master’s and/or certifications in Development Finance, Sustainable Finance, SME/Agriculture/Commercial Finance or related fields preferred. |
| Experience | Minimum ~18 years of relevant experience with at least ~12 years in banking/financial sector; substantial senior leadership experience including heading SME, agri or commercial portfolios. Experience in managing diversified portfolios, developing strategy, stakeholder engagement, working with DFIs/donors, and implementing inclusive finance and sustainability initiatives. |
| Key skills & responsibilities | Strategic leadership for inclusive development and financial inclusion; develop and implement Bank’s inclusive finance, SME, agriculture and green finance strategies; represent Bank with regulators, DFIs and donors; policy development; governance and credit oversight; promote sustainable, climate-smart and gender-inclusive financing initiatives. |
