EOI: Appointment of Statutory (External) Auditors — National Power Parks Management Company (NPPMCL)

National Power Parks Management Company (Private) Limited (NPPMCL) invites Expressions of Interest from reputed Chartered Accountant firms for appointment as Statutory (External) Auditors for a three-year term commencing FY 2026–2027. Firms must submit EOIs via the e-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (EPADS). Key eligibility includes valid Sales Tax and Income Tax registration, proof of qualification under section 247(a) of the Companies Act 2017, Audit Oversight Board entitlement, minimum 20 years' practice with satisfactory QCR rating, audit experience of at least five listed companies, three public sector companies and three energy sector companies in each of the last three years, at least 15 Chartered Accountants and eight partners employed by 31 December 2025.

Submission deadline is 2026-07-24 by 11:00 AM; EOIs will be opened the same day on EPADS at 11:30 AM. RFPs will be issued only to shortlisted firms meeting the documentary criteria.
