NHA Re-invites e-Bids for Balance Works of Periodic Maintenance Contract (PM-2018-19-PS-08)

National Highway Authority (NHA) — Central Zone invites re-submission of e-Bids from eligible contractors for balance works of a periodic maintenance contract at risk & cost of the defaulted contractor. Eligible bidders must be registered with the Income Tax Department, be on the Active Taxpayers List of the Federal Board of Revenue, and hold a valid PEC license for the Financial Year 2026-27 in the required category/specialization.

Bidding method: Single Stage - Two Envelope. Bidding documents, detailed terms & conditions, and criteria will be available for free download from the e-procurement website. Bidders are advised to follow the NHA website for updates, clarifications and addenda. Registration on eprocure (PPRA) is required; manual (hard copy) bids will be eliminated in upcoming procurements.

Bid documents available for free download from: 2026-08-17. E-bids must reach the address below on or before 2026-08-28 at 1100 hours. Technical e-bids will be opened the same day at 1130 hours.
